The cost depends on the leaf material. 24 karat gold is expensive, while Dutch Metal that looks like gold is relatively inexpensive. Keeping in mind that the material should match the environment, you should talk to us before deciding on what leaf material is to be used.

A long interest and education in antiques and the decorative arts led to enrolling in, and graduating from a dedicated gilding Master Class, taught by German Master Gilder Karl Eggert, in 2020. Since then there has been further learning from English, Italian and American Gilders. Julianne has had the opportunity to work on architectural projects including churches, significant sculptures, and other objects such as vintage crystal and moulded glass.
Gilding workshops are a great way to learn this ancient art. These are in the planning stage, and details will be published on this website.
